نظام ادارة المحتوى CMS اختصار الى “content management system” وهي أداة برمجية تسمح لك بإنشاء المحتوى على الانترنت وتحريره ونشره. في السابق تم استخدام أنظمة CMS فقط لإدارة المستندات وملفات الكمبيوتر المحلية ، ولكن الان معظم أنظمة CMS مصممة بشكل حصري لإدارة المحتوى على الويب.
الهدف من CMS هو توفير واجهة مستخدم سهلة لبناء وتعديل محتوى صفحة الويب .تشتمل كل من أنظمة إدارة المحتوى وإدارة محتوى الويب على مكونين:
- تطبيق تحرير إدارة المحتوى (content management application (CMA
- تطبيق تقديم المحتوى (content delivery application (CDA
وهي أدوات نشر على الويب تسمح لمستخدم واحد أو أكثر بنشر تحديثات مباشرة على الويب, حيث يتم دمج هذين العنصرين معًا في نظام إدارة المحتوى لتبسيط عملية تطوير الويب .
تطبيق إدارة المحتوى (CMA) وتطبيق تقديم المحتوى (CDA) هي واجهة مستخدم رسومية (GUI) تسمح للمستخدم بالتحكم في إنشاء وتعديل وإزالة المحتوى من موقع الويب دون الحاجة إلى معرفة أي شيء عن HTML . يوفر عنصر CDA الخدمات الخلفية التي تدعم إدارة وتسليم المحتوى بمجرد إنشائه في CMA.
معظم الناس يفضلون تطبيقات واجهة الويب ، لأنها يبسطة في عملية تحديث الموقع .بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، يتم تحديث معظم أنطمة ادارة المحتوى على الويب تلقائيًا ، مما يضمن حصول جميع المستخدمين على أحدث الأدوات لإدارة المحتوى الخاص بهم.
ميزات أنطمة ادارة المتحوى CMS

قد يوفر نظام إدارة المحتوى أيضًا أدوات للتسويق بين شخص وآخر و هو قدرة موقع الويب على تخصيص محتواه وإعلاناته على خصائص محددة للمستخدم باستخدام المعلومات التي يقدمها المستخدم أو التي يجمعها الموقع – على سبيل المثال، إذا زار المستخدم محرك بحث وبحث عن كاميرا رقمية ، فستتضمن إعلانات البانر الإعلانية الشركات التي تبيع الكاميرات الرقمية بدلاً من الشركات التي تبيع منتجات الحدائق.
